Being a part of the SCIGSO as President, Vice President or Business Manager, I would
like to further the ideas and work done by the current committee and take the mantle
from them and improve it further and not only organize useful events like social hours
to foster interaction among fellow mates, networking with local companies and
startups to improve professional growth but also try to make SCIGSO an integral part
of each and every graduate SCI student's life. Not only that but the final aim would
be to make the SCIGSO, the best graduate student organization/club amongst other
schools under the University of Pittsburgh and to ensure good representation of
SCIGSO and SCI students among other Pitt schools
